   Aside from bringing my wife ravioli instead of trout (?), it was a pleasant experience. Cocktails are top notch and the salmon and flounder were very tasty. The winner, however was the jalapeño corn chowder!

   We booked this restaurant based on a previous visit 3 yrs ago. The first visit was phenomenal with such good food. This visit was a let down. The food wasn't as good as before. Service was so so and when there was an issue with our food I was sorely disappointed with the way management handled it.

   The restaurant is great, but yesterday was a little bit messy. The service took us about one hour. Hopefully we weren’t that hungry. They should have more waiters

   Our meals were prepared to perfection. Our meals included the shepherds pie, prime rib and crab cakes. The cocktails were excellent. The ambiance is warm and welcoming with the fireplace. We arrived early but were welcomed and seated and never felt rushed. Will definitely return .

    1st time. Seated in the overflow area in the back even after making a reservation. Our server was excellent and very tentative. Tried the Old Fashion and it was well made. Onion rings are awesome. Crab Cakes and Filet were good, but nothing to write home about. For the price point would have expected a bit more. The Rustic Tavern is a better choice.
