   Scott was the perfect waiter, great advice, friendly and a treat to discuss different topics at the table. We had an 8:00 dinner reservation. Was a little wait, we had 6 people to seat so we waited for the large table to open up. All six meals were spectacular, and the piano play was an awesome treat! We were celebrating a birthday, and the candlelight treat was a bonus! This was not our first tome to 1790 but the other two couples it was, and they could not rave enough about the restaurant and the wait staff. Will be back in the future when in town. Can't wait to return!

   One of the best restaurants in Savannah. Drinks are good, and food is plentiful, and delicious. Also, a great bar. Street parking easy. Our waiter Scott is super attentive. Menu will please everyone. Oysters Rockefeller best ever.

   This was our first time eating here, and it was phenomenal! Our main dishes were cooked perfectly. We had a ribeye and the dinner special, elk. We will definitely be going back! As a bonus, staying at the hotel was wonderful. All the staff were amazing and helpful.

   We received incredible service from Parker. He had extensive knowledgeable of the menu and had appropriate suggestions for all of my allergy concerns without me having to ask. We had a worry-free meal that was absolutely exquisite!

    Fantastic date night dinner! Brick walls, outstanding piano player, attentive and professional service. We chose the 17 Hundred 90 for its menu, but we were completely charmed by the dining experience. I asked the piano player to play one of my favorite Johnny Mercer standards and one of his. The improvisations on the two were top-flight. The best rack of lamb I have had on three continents!
