Chef-owned and operated for more than two decades, 315 is dedicated to serving both modern and contemporary French cuisine inspired by seasonal local ingredients. With a grassroots initiative, almost every dish is prepared from scratch using exceptional care in the procurement of every ingredient. In this way, we pay respect to the community by finding new ways to support Santa Fe’s unique culture of food and art.

French food is much more than the classic dishes we all have learned to know and love. It is a philosophy within its composition and a discipline in its technique. Using carefully selected ingredients, we look for ways to enhance a dish rather than overwhelm it. This is where the dance begins between the food and the wine.

                                                    The service was excellent! The cheese plate was good but the Branzino was not fresh and didn’t taste good. So disappointed because I love this fish when it’s fresh and moist. My friend had the fried chicken and enjoyed it.

                                                    awesome as always! The pate was awesome as well as the mussels. The cavatappi also delicious! cocktails and wine were all very good and served by Sophia and staff with a friendly smile. Kudos to all!

                                                    I was welcomed at the door and promptly taken to bar seating. Bar and food service were quick and the food was delicious. Great wine selection and size selection, from single glass, half bottle to full bottle options this is definitely a legit wine bar.

                                                    We had a delicious and intimate dinner tonight with 5 people. The service was fabulous . Loved the Branzino and my Margarita drink. They put us at a round table in the corner and it couldn't be better. We are ready to come back soon for another wonderful dinner.

                                                    This is an excellent Santa Fe restaurant. Sadly the Eggplant Parmesan dish is far from any classic Italian dish, the Duck and Oysters were very good and recommended. The service and staff are amongst the very best in Santa Fe and the sommelier Julian is a real prize!

                                                    I don't understand how Bistro 315 gets better every time we go. Our dinner was fantastic: duck two ways, French fried chicken, burrata salad, mussels, homemade pasta, and butternut squash soup. Everything was excellent, and we appreciated the extra attention from the wonderful manager Julian.

                                                    The wine selection and food quality are great-- also romantic ambiance. We very much enjoyed Julian the "wine guy". He was gracious, kind, knowledgeable, and had extremely good taste in wine. They did not have the wine we were interested in and he found one that was very similar and, if anything, better. His description was perfect. Food was fantastic, except that the duck fat was insufficiently rendered-- not a problem as the overall dish was very good.
