    Look no further in booking an experience of our breathtaking sunset views of the Missouri River and Omaha skyline! You will not only experience the stunning city scene, but also be welcomed by our attentive staff to make sure your night is unforgettable. Please note that we overlook the skyline to the west, timing of sunset varies as the seasons change and that when the sun is at its brightest, we do have sunshades in place. Please be advised of the following seating times per party size: 1-2 guests have 1.5 hours; 3-4 guests have 2 hours; 5-6 guests have 2.5 hours and 7+ guests have 3 hours.

    The food was not worth what was paid. I will not be returning. The steaks at Texas roadhouse are much better. The sides were about the same as there. There was barely anybody there but the service was slower than expected

    Petite Filet was perfectly done. Garlic potatoes were very good. Blackened Halibut was really good, but portion was too large to finish. All said, we'll happily be back! Service was top notch. We will recommend 360 to everyone!

    I recently had an experience at 360 Steakhouse at Harrah's Council Bluffs, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. From the moment we were seated, the service felt lackluster. Our server, Megan, didn’t seem to prioritize us, as our drinks were frequently left empty for long stretches of time. When our steaks arrived, they were cooked much rarer than we had requested, which was a big disappointment. Megan mentioned she would check in to ensure everything was to our liking, but over 20 minutes passed before she returned to our table, leaving us feeling overlooked and ignored. It was evident that when she interacted with the table next to us, her demeanor completely changed—she was engaging, friendly, and even laughing with them. But when she came back to us, her tone was cold, short, and as if we were an inconvenience. The food itself was also underwhelming. The steak, despite being cooked incorrectly, lacked the flavor and quality we had anticipated for the price. The service, combined with the food falling short of expectations, made the experience far from enjoyable. The only redeeming quality was the breathtaking view, which helped salvage the evening, but it wasn't enough to make up for the disappointing service. Overall, the combination of inattentive service, inconsistent attitude, and subpar food left a sour impression. It’s a shame, as the restaurant has so much potential with its location and ambiance, but I hope they address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

    The service and ambience are great but 360 has been suffering the twin problems. One, an increasingly shrinking menu with frequently missing items and higher prices. That is only sustainable if quality goes up, but I ordered a well done prime rib that was at best medium rare and relatively cold. Were this restaurant not still tethered to a casino, I think it would have some challenges. It used to be one of my go tos but now outside of casino related matters i just can't

    Booked a reservation for my wife's 50th birthday. Upon arrival at 7;15pm on a friday we were informed they were out of Prime Rib and Wagu burger. I had personally been anticpating the prime rib. The waitress was handling too many tables and service was unbelievable slow. The food was average and the temperature in the restaurant was cold. Also despite noting it on the reservation no one said anything about my wife's birthday.

    We had a wonderful time at our annual Christmas Eve dinner of 12 people at Harrahs 360 Steakhouse. Great food, drinks and conversation was enjoyed by all. Our favorite server, Amini ensured the best service ever as he always does! Can’t wait for next years celebration.
