419 West was opened to the public in May of 2002 by Roger Neel Jr. and Al Pollard, the same operators that started Corned Beef and Company and Frankie Rowland's Steak House. The building was remodeled to the current state with the addition of a perfect dome in the middle of the dining room, a hand built mahogany bar, two private dining rooms, and a state of the art "open" kitchen. The kitchen features a wood burning oven for our pizzas, and a charcoal grill seasoned with hickory chips, for our ½ Pound Certified Angus Beef hamburgers and St Louis Style Ribs.
The style of food is considered American with slight influences from the around the world and all over the United States. Whether you would like a multi course sit down dinner or are just stopping in for a hamburger or a pizza, we have menu items to suit your wants or needs. We were going to go elsewhere this time for variety, but ended up coming back for our monthly dinner - simply because we know it will be good. I was exceptionally hungry, and so I had (for the first time) the Mayan burger. Whoever is the chef, every time we've gone - has a knack of exactly matching the burger to the order. Medium rare - perfect. I had fries, and they were crispy and done enough to suit me. My companion, who also has an addiction to your burgers, had asparagus as a side, and it looked perfect. Our server, Brad (I think?) remembered not to call us 'guys' from last time, which we appreciated. He took us on because the regular server was unable to serve us, kept his good nature, and was friendly and efficient. As an aside, the parking lot was SO FULL, but it didn't seem like there were that many diners. Where were they hiding? The outdoor seating looks appealing; perhaps we'll try that next time.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

This restaurant has a beautiful dining room. It is elegant yet relaxing at the same time with an open kitchen that gives it a special touch. The host greeted me warmly and took me to a booth wonderfully located in the middle of the main dining room facing the open kitchen. My server Trent provided excellent customer service, and the food was cooked as requested. I had the fried Calamari as an appetizer and the Filet medium rare as the main entrée. And for dessert, the bread pudding was simply amazing. The manager came by my table to welcome me, and I was very impressed with his demeanor and superb way he runs this restaurant. Every time I visit this restaurant, I'm more happy with it. We were seated in a window booth, which I had requested, and we had the same server as last time - Bradley C. He was friendly, attentive, and brought us everything we asked for. My companion said unequivocally that this was the best burger she'd ever had. She and I both replaced our fries with asparagus and brocolli respectively, and they were done and seasoned to perfection. Her martini looked pretty good, too!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Food was great as always. Never ever got disappointed at 419 West. Our server was Rich, and he did a great job. Music was a littke loud. Difficult to hear each other but no big deal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

I set a reservation for my husband and I’s anniversary. Previously when doing so at other restaurants, the occasion is acknowledged. Not at 419 West. Service was good. This was one of the best meals we’ve had here in a while. There were 4 of us. Two had steaks, one had salmon, one had Mahi. Delicious! Our server, an older gentleman was outstanding. I think his name was Rick.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
