63 Degrees is a family owned restaurant in the heart of Manchester"s Northern Quarter. Opened by the Moreau family the food is an expression of modern French cuisine; using only locally sourced and fresh ingredients. The restaurant's cuisine has been designed to delight the customers senses; particularly with the signature dishes which are cooked at 63°, making the poultry incomparably tender with unforgettable flavours.

The restaurant benefits from a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with an individual interior design. Average costs for a Main Course range from £12 to £24 with an average 3 course meal costing approximately £30. 63 Degrees can cater for private events or parties including wedding receptions, delivering fine dining with excellent service.

We shared an excellent Cote de Boeuf, and a glass of a lovely St Emilion. Friendly staff and great cooking - what's not to like.

I was quite disappointed to be honest. Lobster soup was very odd..more like a stew with a pastry too!!! & the lobster was overcooked & chewy. Salmon starter was good. Scallops for the main course more like a starter size with only 4 scallops!! I was expecting French cuisine Won’t be returning

Went purposely for the tasting menu and wine pairing. Just did not do it fot me. No doubt they do nice food. Just avoid the tasting menu.

It's always a pleasure to eat at 63 Degrees. I had the Tuesday 5 course tasting menu this time, and thoroughly enjoyed every course. I'll be back again!

We had a lovely meal. The waitress was very attentive with topping up water and wine as soon as needed. Menu had a good selection and waitress was able to explain all the dishes in good detail. Fillet steak and scallops were cooked to perfection and came quickly. Atmosphere was good with a well established floor plan and not much ambient noise so conversation was easy. 63 degrees deserves the high rating it holds.
