Love 801Chop for Christmas Eve dinner with my family. The staff is very responsive but not overly attentive. The bartenders are professional and friendly and make delicious cocktails. The food is excellent and served timely. Love the location. The patrons are festive and friendly. The disaster of our initial seating was averted by us requesting to move away from the raucously loud 4 top table to a booth where everyone was happy!!

Our server was the absolute best. Some delays on the steak, but a manager came out to apologize, and our server could not have been better. Super enthusiastic, personable. He made the experience for us. Would absolutely return.

We sat near the bar. One could here screaming yelling in the Kitchen throughout the dinner. It was louder than the background music. I sensed they were behind. But the guy raising his voice so loud the customers could here is inappropriate for this restaurant. I have sat in the same seat before. I have been there multiple times never had this experience.

Sunday night supper was delicious. We had prime rib and steak. Added oysters Rockefeller. Marcia was great as always. So many really wonderful people happen to work there. (Dave,Jorge, Tom, Josh,Liz, Brett/we appreciate you.)

Not worth the cost and the food was not amazing! I would not recommend this unless you just want to waste your money! However our waiter Mike was fantastic and so was the rest of the service staff!
