Sunday night supper was delicious. We had prime rib and steak. Added oysters Rockefeller. Marcia was great as always. So many really wonderful people happen to work there. (Dave,Jorge, Tom, Josh,Liz, Brett/we appreciate you.)

Not worth the cost and the food was not amazing! I would not recommend this unless you just want to waste your money! However our waiter Mike was fantastic and so was the rest of the service staff!

Food was great but the service was amiss. Sourdough and butter amuse-bouche was delightful with deep fermented flavor. Our cocktails: one old fashioned and one manhattan. Amazing. The old-fashioned was the star. Walnut bitters gave it a long, maple syrupy finish. Our appetizer: Prosciutto-wrapped scallops were so tender they barely held together. fabulous. could have used a touch more maillard on them. first course was a deeply flavorful and buttery Lobster Bisque. probably the best thing of the night. We split the large filet mignon and were satisfied with that. We had a side of scalloped potatoes which were succulent.

Very bad experience. First they brought us the marrow and it was raw as a second course. We ordered the onion soup and it was pure Horse House and very salty. The half chicken that we ordered was overcooked and partly burnt and finally the meat that we ordered in Pittsburgh, which they told us they did carry, was brought to us burnt on top and the meat was overcooked and had a lot of nerves. It was poor quality meat, not for a place that is supposed to be top quality. In the end they didn't charge us for the meat, but we had a very bad experience. Maybe it was because we arrived just at the opening.

Marcia really made our evening. She was really attentive and explained the menu very well. The food and everything else was good. Just as you would expect.

My friends and I truly enjoyed 801 chophouse! The server, the atmosphere, the food and the service were amazing. I was celebrating my birthday and I had the best time!!

This will be an absolute MUST every single time we are in town! The food was absolutely AMAZING, and the service was top notch 👌🏻 My husband had a Wagyu steak he has never seen offered anywhere else and it did not disappoint.

Couldn’t be better, food was incredible, service was impeccable. Went for an anniversary and was given a free desert and custom menus. Such a blast!
