Addie's Fresh Rolls
Bean sprout, tofu, cucumber, green onion, and egg wrapped in rice paper and steamed. Topped with sweet tamarind sauce.
Miang Kham
Sliced roasted coconut, dried shrimp, ginger, red onions, peanuts and hot Thai chili. Wrapped in green leaf lettuce with a special sweet sauce.
Satay
Marinated Chicken breast or beef on skewers in coconut milk with a hint of curry. Then barbecued to perfection. Served with peanuts and cucumber sauce.
Moo Ping
Charbroiled of tender pork marinated in our specialty sweet sauce.
Stuffed Chicken Wings
Deep-fried boneless chicken wings stuffed with ground chicken, cilantro, pepper, mushrooms, and glass noodles. Served with sweet and sour sauce.
Thai Dumplings
Steamed mixed pork and ground shrimp with jicama, egg, cilantro, pepper and green onions. Wrapped with dumpling wrapper.
Mee Krob (Crispy Noodles)
Deep-fried crispy vermicelli noodles with chicken, shrimp, tofu and green onions toasted in a sweet and sour tamarind sauce.
Vegetarian Combo Plate
Spring rolls and sweet potatoes.
Siam Sampler
Combination plate with Chicken Satay, Spring Rolls, Siam Toast, and Thai Dumplings.

Salads

Papaya Salad (Som Tum)
Finely shredded green papaya mixed with carrots, tomatoes and green beans. Tossed with fresh lime juice and topped with ground peanuts.
Larb Chicken
Ground chicken, toasted rice powder, shallot, chili powder, mint leaves, cilantro and lime juice.
Seafood Salad
Seafood combination (prawns, green mussels, scallops, and calamari) mixed with red onions, fresh lime juice, lemongrass, mint leaves, lettuce and spicy dressing.

Chunks of chicken breast and mushrooms in a silky rich coconut broth flavored with Galangal, lemongrass, chili paste, cilantro, and Kaffir lime leaves.
Tom Yum Gai
Hot and sour chicken soup with mushrooms, lemongrass, galangal, cilantro, chili paste, fresh lime juice and Thai bay leaves.
Tom Yum Goong
Hot and sour soup. Prawns float in a lemony broth featuring straw mushrooms, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, cilantro, chili paste and fresh lime juice.
Pothak
Hot and sour seafood soup with praowns, scallops, calamari, green mussels, mushrooms,lemongrass, galanga, cilantro, chili paste, fresh lime juice, Thai sweet basil leaves and Thai bay leaves.
Gang Jued Woon Sen
Silver noodle soup with prawns and ground chicken, green onions, cilantro, onions and carrots. Tofu substitution available.

Chicken breast sautéed with pineapple, bell peppers , onions and tomatoes in a Thai sweet and sour sauce.
Prig Khing Chicken
Chicken breast sautéed with green beans, a special red curry paste and Thai bay leaves.
Ginger Chicken
Sautéed chicken breast with shredded ginger, garlic, carrots, onions, mushrooms.
Chicken Cashew Nuts
Sautéed chicken breast with garlic, bell peppers, onions, carrots and roasted cashew nuts flavored with sweet and sour sauce.

Waterfall Beef

Crying Tiger
Sliced, frank steak served with a traditional spicy sauce for dipping.

Curries

Red Curry
Choice of chicken, beef, pork or prawns in red curry (add beef and prawns). Prepared with dried chili peppers in coconut milk with bamboo shoots, zucchini, bell peppers and Thai sweet basil.
Green Curry
Choice of chicken, beef, pork or prawns in green curry (add beef and prawns). Prepared with fresh green chili peppers in coconut milk with eggplant, bamboo shoot, bell peppers and Thai sweet basil.
Yellow Curry Chicken
This is the mildest and most familiar of Thai curries. Tender chicken in a golden sauce with onions and potatoes.
Panang Curry
Choice of chicken breast, beef, pork or prawns in red panang curry (add beef and prawns). Prepared with bell peppers, coconut milk and Thai bay leaves in a thick sauce.
Gang Kua Goong
Prawns with red curry and pineapple, tomatoes, bell peppers and Thai sweet basil leaves in coconut milk.
Mussaman Curry
Choice of chicken breast, beef, or pork in coconut milk with potatoes, onions, and peanuts in a thick curry sauce (add beef and prawns). A legacy of generations of Muslim traders.

Thai Fried Rice

First timers at Addie's- service was slow and disjointed in the beginning and we noticed other tables experiencing the same. Once our drink & appetizer order was taken, service improved quite a bit, albeit our appetizer came out at room temp. The main courses were a different story, both were hot and delicious! Main dish portion sizes are large and could easily feed 2-3 people or larger groups that are sharing. We will definitely be back to try other dishes!

Absolute Delight! Exceptional, personable and efficient staff - highlighting superb flavors… This is not an exaggeration! Even with diet restrictions (Celiac) we were able to relax and enjoy the experience (and it was!). Pork skewers, spring rolls, beef and basil, chicken, fried rice and ice cream. We simply wanted to try it all. Top quality start to finish and we will be back again, and again. So much to look forward to: including trying to raise my heat level to 3!!!
