   When a larger table was seated next to us we did not even have a server ask if we needed anything for more than an hour and had to ask several times. We came here due to a reference, but it was very disappointing…..

   This was a lovely experience. The ambiance at The Lanesborough is so wonderful. The service was fantastic. It was the perfect afternoon tea.

   The staff at the Lanesborough were kind and incredibly thoughtful. We went for the Bridgerton tea, and I loved the tea as well as all the yummy desserts. It was delightful

   Everything started out fantastic. Greeting was warm, explanation of the afternoon was very detailed. Our server recommended that we go through the teas in a certain order, and we thought it was a brilliant idea and let him know we would like to do that. He even made the comment of "going on the adventure together" or something similar. Well, we were given our first pot of tea, and weren't asked about any other beverages until well after our plates were removed. Additionally, our waters were never refilled, with the glasses sitting empty for over an hour. While it was a wonderful Mother's Day treat for my wife and her son, we cannot justify the price of the experience.
