    Agustin has always been a favorite standby. The food was good, but not outstanding, which it should be for the price. It is noisy and conversation is difficult when seated inside,

    The calamari appetizer was soggy. Ceaser salad was just romain with a light dusting of parmesan cheese. Pork entree was overcooked, dryer than the Sonoran desert and on a bed of puree that tasted like baby food. Service was inattentive and seemed bothered by our presence.

    They didn’t have bread as appetizers and it was fairly pricey but had a beautiful courtyard dining area and great servers.

    The food was incredible! Highly recommend getting the chocolate cake. The service however could have been more attentive. Our main course and appetizer came out at the same time and it felt a little awkward waiting sometimes, but and overall great experience and would dine again!

    No non-dairy milk? What decade are you in. Salmon for eggs Benedict but no salmon to add to a salad. This place has gone downhill.

    All was great, except the wait time for our entrees. Also, my girlfriend’s steak was undercooked. She ordered medium well and it was medium rare.

    Having eaten here last year I was encouraged to eat here again. Well the menu has changed in many ways… fish and chips , sandwiches on the dinner menu for one example .. doesn’t quite seem like dinner. There were other more dinner like options like the Spare ribs I had… they were dry and stringy though there was what they called a Korean spicy sauce that was undetectable.Our Bohkora appetizer was awful and not really edible .. mushy inside and a faint taste of kitchen cleaner! Mentioned it to waiter and the chefs response was we must be tasting cilantro !! NOT. We all love cilantro and that was not the taste. No offer to replace w another dish and we were charged for them! Tiny cocktails as well .. not at tiny prices Won’t be back!

    The food was good but the service was unbelievably poor. Was told on Sunday at 530pm they were out of frites, so could not order steak frites. so moved onto another entree. Well about 10 minutes later we see plates of burgers and frites going to various tables. Questioned the server and she said the manager had decided only the burgers could be served with frites. What? Actually was flabbergasted by her response. told her we should talk or speak with the manager, who of course never materialized. And then of course our service was extremely slow after that. Table next to us arrived and was given the same story. Completely unacceptable. Also the exhaust fan in the kitchen did not seem to be working properly as the restaurant smelled like fish and was very smoky.

    This was our most disappointing visit to Agustin Kitchen. It started well, we were greeted nicely and seated promptly. In all but one of our visits in the past (that we thought was just an anomaly), we've enjoyed the food selection, ambiance and excellent service. Tonight, not so much... The short rib was excellent...and that was about it. My husband's mussels were nothing special at all and the bread served with them seemed sort of like a flavored sourdough. What they called dinner rolls were unique but a bit tasty and broccolini was fine. Most of all we were very disappointed in the service...our water was filled once, never were asked if we'd like additional wine, and plates were never cleared. Even when we asked for and later received our check, all of the dishes from our appetizers and entrees were still sitting in front of us. We originally planned to stay for dessert and coffee, but decided we'd done enough waiting and nothing was as good as it's been during the many times we've previously gone there so decided just to go home and make some our own coffee. I might return again, but my husband pretty much said he sees no reason to go back.
