Albert’s Restaurant and Bar is the second Albert’s opening and is a sister restaurant to Albert’s Shed in Castlefield. A slick, modern space with dining for 160 guests inside and a fabulous covered & heated outside dining terrace for 60 – perfect for alfresco dining.

The menu is modern British with an eclectic mix of Albert’s favourites and dishes from around the globe, all using only fresh local ingredients. The restaurant is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner and every Saturday and Sunday mornings for breakfast.

    Sunday dinners were delicious I had the sharing platter with a friend, amazing value for money very good and would definitely order again! Service was great very friendly and quick.

    Was seen to table quickly and drinks served. Good choices on menu. My partner and I had roast beef and the Yorkshire puds were amazing. Daughter had salmon fillet and loved it. My partner wished there was more food as he ate when he got home. My daughter is gluten free and the manager came over to make sure her choice was gluten free

    Really delicious food for everyone including vegans - particularly impressed by their care of vegans with an excellent menu to match. All too often, restaurants have little or nothing for vegans, don't understand veganism or seem to care and, invariably, there are vegan dishes on the menu that are 'off'! That's why Alberts is so very clearly outstanding in this area, noteworthy so. We were both able to enjoy the 3 courses for £18.95 generous deal: Starters: Spring roll / vegan spring roll-samosa Mains: Fish & chips / vegan miso mushroom ramen Desserts: Chocolate brownie & ice cream / vegan poached pear, vegan ice-cream & vanilla almond crunch All were freshly prepared, served at the optimum temperature, and delicious. Service was excellent too. All staff seem really happy and clearly taking there work seriously and with care - again, a rare and wonderful thing these days! Thank you so much! Looking forward to our Valentines Day dinner at Alberts, Didsbury!

    Albert's is always a favourite and the 2 course deal is great. Slightly disappointed with the pizza but the soup and dessert made up for it! Service was very attentive and the ambience was perfect. Will definitely be back.

    We had an awesome lunch. We all had the set menu ranging from the Fish and Chips to the Steak Frites. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their meals.

    Only called in for tea, the place was jumping. For a Wednesday night too, Alberts you are definitely doing something right. Just had the 2 course set menu, perfect for tea. Kriesha was our server again, she’s soooooo good. See you soon
