Amen Street Fish & Raw Bar opened in 2009, reviving the former Amen name of Cumberland Street and restoring this historic corner. The new renovation stays true to the beauty of the original 1800's architecture while creating a comfortable atmosphere for contemporary life.



Located at 205 East Bay Street in the heart of the historic district this Charleston seafood restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining all within walking distance of the local Market and the Charleston Harbor.



The menu includes a variety of seafood dishes such as oysters, clams and shrimp in addition to an ever growing raw bar menu. Amen Street supports Charleston's local fishing industry with market fresh fish.



We are open for lunch and dinner. Walk-ins are welcome and reservations are accepted as well.

                                  Enjoyed the restaurant week menu! The Surf and Turf was amazing. 10/10 cooked and seasoned to perfection. My mom liked her Crab stuffed flounder as well.

                                  Hostess was rude to us and another party. Even though we had a reservation, apparently we should not have showed up 10 minutes early. Other party left.had put anniversary on reservation which it asked for, but no one even acknowledged that. I won't be back.

                                  Went for restaurant week and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing and they even had a list for dry January. Mocktail was refreshing and yummy. Will be going back!

                                  I enjoyed restaurant week. Food was excellent. Great atmosphere. Didn't have to wait for our table. We will certainly consider dining there on our next visit.

                                  Great food, a nice place if you want to have a special date night. Has a nice variety on the menu. Easy to find something to eat for any occasion or craving.
