Reservations for the Winter 2025 semester are available up to 30 days in advance.

We look forward to providing our guests a refined dining experience in an upscale casual atmosphere, proudly served by our Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts students.

Our American Harvest a la carte Lunch menu changes daily, offering freshly baked breads, gourmet soups, delicious salads, creative entrees, and an extensive selection of tempting desserts. Prices typically hover around $25-$30 per person.

Our American Harvest International Dinner Buffet menu changes weekly, at $38.95 per adult, and $20 per child (12 & under).

    Livonia Community Transit (LCT) operates a shuttle service from two SMART and D-DOT Bus System Hubs, to Schoolcraft College. **1. The Hub at 27900 Grand River, at the Beaumont/Botsford/Corewell Hospital Cancer Treatment Center, and also at **2. The Hub at 13050 Middlebelt, near I-96 & Middlebelt, at Millennium Park Mall, behind Costco. YOU MUST CALL LCT BY 12 NOON THE DAY PRIOR, to make a reservation, at (734) 466-2700. SMART and D-DOT passengers can be picked up at either Hub, at 6 AM, 7 AM, and 8 AM for transportation to Schoolcraft College, North Parking Lot/ Vistatech Center. Return passengers from Schoolcraft College North Parking Lot/ Vistatech Center can be picked up at 4 PM, 5 PM, and 6 PM, for transport back to their Hub. **Reminder: You must call LCT BY 12 noon the day prior, at (734) 466-2700 to make a reservation for this service.

    Schoolcraft College Culinary students look forward to serving you a refined dining excellence experience in our upscale casual atmosphere! The American Harvest offers an à la carte menu which changes daily, offering freshly baked breads, gourmet soups, delicious salads, creative entrees, vegan options and beautiful desserts. Reservations will be available on most Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, at 11:45am and 12 noon. Prices hover near $25-30/person. **Reservations of 1-5 guests can be made up to 1 month in advance, at OpenTable.com/ American Harvest. For parties of 6 or more, please call our Maître d' at (734) 462-4488. We look forward to celebrating with you soon!

    • International Dinner Buffet

      Enjoy an American Harvest International Dinner Buffets in our newly renovated upscale casual atmosphere! Reservations are available on select Wednesday and Thursday evenings, with guest seatings at 5:30pm, 5:45pm, and 6:00pm. The Dining Room closes around 8:15pm.           the food is always very tasty and cooked to perfection. We had a student named MO who went the extra mile making great suggestions, talked about everything that was available. very professional and the service was seamless. One of the best students we have had. The soup was tasty, tomato bisque and the little grilled cheese sandwich was just he right thing for the blustry winter day. We had the sea scallops and they were cooked to perfection. Mo told us how they should look (opaque) and taste. He was spot on. The pilaf was great did not taste mass produced. Each bit of rice was seperate not gooey. Dessert (baileys chocolate mousse dome) was tasty. There were 4 dots of caramel on the plate, I would have loved more. But that's caramel, never enough. Margaret called us the day before to confirm and warn that the weather might cause a closing. We were in luck because the college did not close. It is the small things she does at the college to insure the service standard is very high. I appreciate her and the subtle ways to makes sure things to very well, from seating us, helping students and getting feedback.

          The food was OK. Nothing exceptional to speak of. I may try the evening dinner service, but probably wont go back for the lunch service. They open at 11:45am. The doors were open at 11:35, so we walked in and were promptly told we needed to leave and they would talk to us at 11:45. Not necessarily rude, but not welcoming either. Doors should have been closed with a note on the door.
