- 外燴From formal seated meals, to burgers, sushi and a delicious variety of passed hors d’oeurves, our Executive Chef works closely with the Events Department to ensure only the most crowd pleasing menus are created for your event. Our kitchen uses ingredients which are primarily locally sourced, and believes in making dishes from scratch, fresh daily, with fresh, non- frozen products. Many of our menu options even contain products extracted from the brewing process, making The Amsterdam BrewHouse unique amongst other venues.
