We are a locally-owned, waterfront restaurant dedicated to giving our guests a truly Northwest dining experience. Anthony’s has earned the reputation for the finest fresh seafood, perfectly prepared and expertly served with an uncompromising commitment to quality and value. We feature fresh seasonal and sustainable fish and shellfish from our own seafood company accompanied by Northwest wines and micro brews as well our "Best of the Season" produce featured in our house-made desserts, salads, entrees, and beverages. Anthony’s in Des Moines features a lovely panoramic view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Open daily for lunch with a casual style no reservation necessary restaurant on the first floor featuring seafood, pastas, salads, burgers and fish tacos.

    We had steak and Surf & Turf with Shrimp Scampi (grilled). Everything is nice except my fiance's steak was bitter on the char side. Medium well doesn't have to be bitter. The fact that I can easily make it with my weber make me kind of scratching my head a little. Should not be that hard. Waitress was courteous and attentive. Thank you . Brought extra bread for the lady.

    We had a simply wonderful lunch today! Our experience was greatly enhanced by our server, who was the perfect blend of friendly, helpful and didn’t hover. We all talked about him on the way out, as he’d certainly added to our enjoyment of being there. The food was delicious, and we were all pleased with our orders. Thank you very much for a wonderful lunch!

    We had an enjoyable evening for our anniversary. The food, drinks, and service were, as expected, very good. 👍

    We went for their $29.99 Surf 'n Turf special. Our server was great, but they seemed to be a little short-staffed. Our food was all great except for my steak. My wife and I both ordered our steaks medium-rare, but mine seemed medium especially when compared to my wife's. I probably should have returned it. Still, Anthony's HomePort remains one of our favorite restaurants.

    No negatives, except I think my sauce on the Eggs Benedicts would have been better! Well, maybe, in my hay-day! Everything was pleasing, thoughtful, delicious, comfortable, timely, well-staffed, well trained, friendly, and helpful. Certainly pleased. A 20% gratuity showed our appreciation! Bon Appetit Dianne!

    The menu provided some great choices. And our server was wonderful. A dark, dreary day, but the view was still beautiful!!
