**Only in Beaufort, NC** Executive Chef Jon McGregor’s menu is created to bring you the freshest seasonal items available presented with a creative touch. Aqua’s small plates offer you an exciting array of tastes in
"just right” portions, ideal for passing around the table or enjoying two or three as a full meal. Aqua’s Big Plates feature the freshest local seafood and premier meats, as well as local produce. Aqua prides itself on offering fresh, local products and supporting our local fisherman and farmers.

Enjoy our upscale bar offerings, including specialty cocktails and expansive wine list.

                                          We had a wonderful visit! We were visited during the course of our dinner by different staff members, who all work together to ensure service never misses a beat. Fresh catch of the evening, noodle bowl, and sea and shore were delicious! Cocktails were unique and beautifully presented, and wine list provides something for any taste. Can’t wait to return!

                                          We've eaten at Aqua before and have always raved about how good the food, service and atmosphere is. The drinks are usually off the charts and it's been one of our "go-to" places when folks come from out of town to visit. Aqua is quirky and the atmosphere is very relaxing. This weekend was completely different. We arrived on-time and were seated promptly. Our server gave us waters and my friends perused their menu's. It took a bit of time for the server to come back and get our drink order, and when that was finished, it took just as long to get them to the table. We were ready to order and he said he'd be right back to take it, and then it was a long pause to actually come back and take the order. We were able to get another round of drinks at this time and I was then told that the Tuna "tapas" was no longer available, they ran out. I thought to my self, we're in Beaufort, right next to Morehead, one of the fishing capitol's in the world, and they don't have Tuna? Oh well, I'll just have another drink... So, that drink came out pretty quick although it seemed a bit watered down ? (I dunno) Dinner took a bit of time to arrive and when it did arrive, my friend's soup was cold - and he specifically asked for it to be "as hot as possible". The dinners that we got had great flavor to them and every one of the staff was very courteous. We were there for almost 2 hours and we didn't share any of Tapas or Small plates. The whole thing took way longer than it should have. They were closing the kitchen as we were leaving. It wasn't that busy and our server may have been just overwhelmed. He kept apologizing each time he'd come back during the all of this review. We will try them again, as they just may have had an off night and I hope they take (management) this as a positive review and "fix" the issues at hand. Like I said, we'll give them another shot, as they've been awesome n the past.

                                          Great evening out. Our meal was wonderful, the tuna was excellent. The chefs pay great attention to detail in preparation and presentation and it shows.

                                          We had an outstanding dinner there last night. The mussels, crab cake, duck, and grouper special were all amazing! The tuna poke was also good, but a little more ordinary than the rest. Also loved the focaccia! Service was also terrific. They brought a fancy guava non alcoholic drink for my 14 year old’s birthday too. So fun and delicious! Highly recommend.

                                          Shared the mussels for an appetizer and they were delicious. The coconut saffron broth is amazing. The sea and shore for dinner entree was absolute perfection. Crème brûlée and bananas foster for dessert were the perfect ending to an outstanding meal.

                                          The food is always good at Aqua. You all had no bread. Also the waiter cleared our table while one guest was still eating. I hate it when servers do that.
