                                                                                  The food was not hot enough, however we did not relay this to the server. The service needed a lot more attention as we were not served the coffee refill until we asked. Empty glasses were not picked up from the table. It took awhile to get our bill. The place was not busy

                                                                                  Gluten free grilked cheese with tomato soup, the gluten free bread was multigrain type and so tasty, soup was a little on the sweet side but overall tasty. Server was great at recommending best transportation ways to get to our destinations and points of interest. She forgot to bring out apple juice but then didn’t charge , great lunch !

                                                                                  The overall service at arc is phenomenal. The service staff on the day of our dining experience was incredible in their knowledge and their recommendations as well as their time and attention at our table. We found each person we interacted with to be interesting and interested and helpful. Because we were also staying at the hotel we had some follow up conversations with the managers at arc and that experience was above and beyond what most establishments do for customers, in my opinion and experience. The night we were there there was live music, which is why I said the noise level was high, and the music was quite good and once they got the sound levels in the right range, it was beautiful. The food that we had was excellent and we would definitely dine here again.

                                                                                  Had the ribeye steak with brussel sprouts and the Dungeness crab pasta. Both were decent. The wait was a bit longer than expected though. Live music was an added bonus.

                                                                                  We were there for my Mom's birthday and she felt super special and had so much fun for this 73rd candle! Outstanding service , we felt like royalty with our waitress Alcina who also took amazing care of our two kids. It was like having the quality of a delicious and cozy dinner at home but in 5-star hotel environment. Food was delicious and once again service was really what hit home for us! Alcina had a secial birthday dessert with reduced sugar for our Mom! Overall excellence in all aspects of our time there! Highly recommend!
