Austin's Woodfire Grille is located directly across from Heinen's in the heart of Brecksville. At Austin's, we've been cooking the old fashioned way since 1994. We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way. We want each meal you enjoy with us to be a memorable and delicious one; so we work hard preparing each dish to order, smoking ribs and brisket, filleting fresh fish, hand cutting steaks, preparing homemade soups daily and baking our fresh breads and desserts. It’s a difference you can taste and one we hope you will keep coming back for. At Austin's, everything we do, we do because our customers deserve it. We will always insist on a level of service and quality that helps us deserve you.

                                              Table was ready when arrived. Everything was great! Service, food, drinks. Best food I have had at Austin's in a long time, will definitely be back!

                                              Food is tasty and a good value. The halibut special was outstanding and a very generous portion. Some small things detract from an otherwise very good experience. Our crab cakes were a little crushed and they were on old spinach leaves, some of which were totally yellow. Our server was very friendly but it took her a long time to greet us after we were seated. Table was missing salt (pepper was there) and it took 2 asks to receive it. Comments are meant constructively and we will be back!

                                              We enjoy going to Austin's in Brecksville. Our server was attentive but also gave us time to talk before ordering our meal. We had a delicious appetizer of stuffed mushrooms and our entrees were very enjoyable. It's always enjoyable and why we keep coming back. It does help to make a reservation especially on weekends.

                                              Food selection is very good. The drink variety was excellent and the bar was filled with customers drinking and eating. We sat in a booth and it was roomy enought for 4 people. Waitress was attentive and food was delivered in a timely manner. Front desk was one of the most cheerful ones I have encountered in years - so refreshing.

                                              As always, we experienced excellent service. The servers have been there for as long as I can remember, and they are always exceptional. They are polite, professional, and always acknowledge our gluten-free requirements. In a society that has become more and more tolerant of mediocrity, and "no problem" as a response to a "thank you," it's refreshing to regularly receive excellent service from staff.

                                              Went for New Years Eve dinner; little disappointed. Ambiance was very nice however, service was less than mediocre. Our waitress didn’t have a personality and literally didn’t even check on us until after we received our meal. We would’ve ordered another drink, but she never came back until we were finished. Plating looked like it came from a Denny’s restaurant. For such a fine dining experience, the plating of the food was elementary and sloppy. We had filet mignon with rice pilaf and broccoli. Filet was perfect, didn’t eat the rice, it was hard and cold and broccoli tasted like that it was old. I don’t like giving poor reviews, but I guess I expected more from this place. 🥲
