Ava's menu will feature inspired Italian cuisine prepared in a simple and rustic fashion. Central to our vision will be house cured salumi, fresh hand made pasta and Neapolitan pizza cooked at 900 degrees in our Italian-made Acunto pizza oven. Ingredients will be fresh, seasonal, and local whenever possible.
Ava has limited seating, reservations may be inside or outside. We attempt to accommodate special requests, please let us know what your preference may be in the "add a special request' field. However, we can't guarantee all table requests. We look forward to serving you.

A normal day might be better, but I wouldn’t recommend AVA on NYE. The menu was limited to 4, 4-course options… $75-$120 per person. I didn’t know there were no other options. Open table has AVA priced at ~$30 per person. The service was slow and the server took our order for each course after we got our other course so we waited a lot for drinks, then appetizers, then salads, then dinner. It seemed like he had too many tables… we couldn’t find him several times when we needed something. The food was good, but our dinner was not served hot and I would not normally ordered the options offered. Also, it was too many courses for me personally.

Service was great. Pork Chop was inedible because it was sooo salty, but you could tell that it would have been good had they not over done it with the salt. The artichoke lasagna side was the bomb. My wife’s bolognese was not good cause the pasta was not Al dente and clearly over cooked; mush. The meat sauce aka bolognese was good, but ruined by the mush pasta. Wine list excellent and so was espresso martini. Last, but not least, seafood style stew app, that was recommended was bland. Totally needed salt, pepper and some more spice. Appreciated that our server took pork chop off cause he realized it was barely eaten after his rave review.

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner here. We had calamari to start and then shared the lobster pasta, NY Strip and the apple salad between three people. Paired with the Ferrari-Carrano Siena. All was delicious! Thanks to the staff for providing a great and elegant experience.

The service was great, the food was not. The breakfast pizza tasted burnt and the fish and grits had a weird sauce flavor, the biscuits were dry. The pancakes and French toast were very good

The parpedelle bolagnese was very good, the plain old simple salad was huge. Would recommend this place to anyone interested in great food and great service 👍 owner Michael was warm and friendly
