What an incredible meal! The food was outstanding, and the presentation was that of a Michelin restaurant. Our server Christine was impeccable and did not miss anything. The ambiance was rich and warming. The elk loin was cooked to perfection and the halibut was delicious. If you like beef tartare, this is the place to get it. The salted caramel pudding was the perfect way to end the meal. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for that special place for dinner.

Steak was dry and tasteless at medium temperature, I requested medium rare, potatoes were a little soggy, Irish coffee was decent, cappuccino was great, croissant sandwich was above average.

Overall loved Bambara and its dishes. We took the tuna and the steak tartare and both were fantastic, specially the steak, that had a sweetness and a delicate mustard flavor hard to beat. On the mains, the scallops were the winning dish. Sadly, the gnocci didn’t live up to our expectations. While the gnocci itself was wonderful and fluffy, the sauce was overwhelming, with no mention on the menu or by the server about the insane amount of mushrooms there… and also the flavor was too powerful. Maybe a little less sauce would have done better, with that amazing cheese not being overpowered by it.

A unique experience. They only do a buffet on Christmas Day and it was amazing. So fun to get to try so many of their wonderful dishes. The Cauliflower Vichysoise soup was excellent as was the beets and the Brussels sprouts. I do hope they continue this tradition of offering a buffet of all of their famous dishes once a year on Christmas Day.

This was the Christmas day buffet so we weren’t having anything from the standard menu but everything overall was exquisite! Definitely going to come back for a regular experience.

Went for Christmas brunch. Our server Dylan was delightful and everyone was so friendly! However, the fish sat and was overcooked, and if you didn't put horseradish on the prime rib, it tasted or nothing. Very glad they had shrimp, crab, oysters, and a charcuterie board. Most of my meal ended up being that. Sides were fine but lacked seasoning. Was it worth the $100 per person? No. Will I go back for a regular dining service to give it another shot? More than likely.

Buffet was not good. Mostly bland and cold even in warming trays. Prime rib was exceptional rare and the protein options were very limited.

This used to be a lovely restaurant but for some reason they have remodeled it to destroy the beautiful atmosphere it used to have. It has a very basic diner feel with no atmosphere. Menu is not interesting. One of us ordered steak and ordered it medium rare and it was almost well done. We went for a holiday lunch and there was not a single decoration. Surprising for a hotel restaurant. Although we made a reservation we were informed soon after we sat down that the kitchen was about to close and it was clear they wanted us to clear out. Would not go back and would not recommend.

It's been a year since I've been to this restaurant. In the past has been outstanding but seems to have declined. Food took an hour to arrive and was cold when it came. Even then, the dishes were not anything to mention. Not worth the cost. Our waitress was the only good point. She kept us informed, apologized for delays, attempted to make it up. At the end of the night we were just glad to get out of there. Disappointing overall. This has been a good place to go after attending the ballet as it is right across the street. Won't be back.
