Bar Dough is a neighborhood restaurant with a modern take on regional Italian cuisine, utilizing the rich agricultural bounty that Colorado has to offer. Acclaimed Chef Stefy DeVita's ever-evolving menu of seasonal dishes, handmade pasta, & wood fired pizza has drawn rave reviews locally and nationally. Our Italian-inspired cocktails, wine list, & non-alcoholic alternatives have been carefully curated to complement our culinary offerings. Bar Dough is a service included restaurant; a 20% service fee will be added to all final bills. 100% of the service fee is distributed to the staff in an equitable manner. ***Please note we reserve both low and high top seating, and do our best to accommodate seating requests whenever possible***

    Only docked the rating because the music was pretty loud and vulgar. Obviously cant please everyone, so thats just an opinion. Otherwise the food was really great, our waiter was so helpful with didtary needs and there was zero wait for our table! Will come again but maybe not with our parents/in laws haha

    We usually adore the food here. It has been, in a few words, pitch perfect. But not on this night. Far from it. Salty. Over cooked. Even a few tasteless dishes came to us, but nothing delicious. I hope this is the exception and not the rule for one of our family favorites.

    The service and ambience were amazing! We have appetizers, 4 pasta and the pork chop shared between 4 adults which worked out perfect. The food was excellent noting the Cavatelli (Ragu) I think is the best in the city. Thanks Bar Dough for a memorable experience.

    We were disappointed in the pizza. We had the Margarita Pizza and it was so soggy. There was 1 piece of cheese on it, heavy red sauce and it was so sloppy you could have rung the piece out as there was no structure to the crust. Disappointed.

    When I our check came the waitress came over and said so my date could hear we could only charge your card .75 cents. I obviously gave the wrong card but this decorum and unprofessional and something I wouldn’t see at Chili’s maybe the 1980s. This will stay with me and will share with corporate partners and a non location to visit for corporate outings in Denver. The money isn’t the issue it’s the decorum of professionalism.

    Food came out at all separate times. Even the dessert didn’t come at the same time. Prices were outrageous. Our party had 2 drinks total and 2 entrees with multiple apps and dessert. Bill was over $350.

    Busy Saturday night, but the waiter was quick and friendly. Ordered the meatball appetizer, which was three small meatballs, $15, in a sauce. Nothing special, also ordered the garlic bread which again, not bad, just ok. My guests ordered the Cacio e Pepe, a bland and disappointing dish, and the Scallop Risotto, at $48, was pricy, spicy, and could have used more scallops The best dish of the night was the Pollo al Limon, great flavor and enjoyed by the table. Can't say the dinner was worth the price, but the restaurant was packed, and I was hoping for a great meal, but left disappointed.
