Bar Dough is a neighborhood restaurant with a modern take on regional Italian cuisine, utilizing the rich agricultural bounty that Colorado has to offer. Acclaimed Chef Stefy DeVita's ever-evolving menu of seasonal dishes, handmade pasta, & wood fired pizza has drawn rave reviews locally and nationally. Our Italian-inspired cocktails, wine list, & non-alcoholic alternatives have been carefully curated to complement our culinary offerings. Bar Dough is a service included restaurant; a 20% service fee will be added to all final bills. 100% of the service fee is distributed to the staff in an equitable manner. ***Please note we reserve both low and high top seating, and do our best to accommodate seating requests whenever possible***

    Food came out at all separate times. Even the dessert didn’t come at the same time. Prices were outrageous. Our party had 2 drinks total and 2 entrees with multiple apps and dessert. Bill was over $350.

    Hi Donna, I'm so sorry you had such a disappointing experience this past weekend. We will of course be discussing this as a team so we can figure out where we went wrong and how to avoid this in the future. Of course that doesn't change what's already happened, so to that end I'd like to offer you a refund for your meal that evening.     Busy Saturday night, but the waiter was quick and friendly. Ordered the meatball appetizer, which was three small meatballs, $15, in a sauce. Nothing special, also ordered the garlic bread which again, not bad, just ok. My guests ordered the Cacio e Pepe, a bland and disappointing dish, and the Scallop Risotto, at $48, was pricy, spicy, and could have used more scallops The best dish of the night was the Pollo al Limon, great flavor and enjoyed by the table. Can't say the dinner was worth the price, but the restaurant was packed, and I was hoping for a great meal, but left disappointed.

    The brunch menu is small, but much isn’t an issue, but it was odd that only an hour into opening, they had no French toast sticks. The monkey bread was okay as a replacement but not what we really wanted. Also, my breakfast sammie was supposed to have arugula on it, but instead it came with gross rough chopped romaine that was starting to brown. It would have been nice if they told me they didn’t have it, so I could decline greens in my sandwich. Overall not bad, but I expected more since it was only an hour into brunch service and the restaurant was not busy. Service was great! The Bloody Mary was amazing too.

    Had a lovely experience for a family birthday dinner. Food, drinks and service were outstanding! We ordered every dessert on the menu and they were all fantastic. Already looking forward to a return visit.
