Bar Dough is a neighborhood restaurant with a modern take on regional Italian cuisine, utilizing the rich agricultural bounty that Colorado has to offer. Acclaimed Chef Stefy DeVita's ever-evolving menu of seasonal dishes, handmade pasta, & wood fired pizza has drawn rave reviews locally and nationally. Our Italian-inspired cocktails, wine list, & non-alcoholic alternatives have been carefully curated to complement our culinary offerings. Bar Dough is a service included restaurant; a 20% service fee will be added to all final bills. 100% of the service fee is distributed to the staff in an equitable manner. ***Please note we reserve both low and high top seating, and do our best to accommodate seating requests whenever possible***

Went for restaurant week and couldn’t speak more highly! Everything was outstanding, bartender was helpful and friendly. Accommodating to allergies in our party as well. Fantastic experience

The food at Bar Dough was sublime and the waitstaff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was loud in the restaurant as it was already busy at 6pm.

I made a reservation at the community table unknowingly, so we were surprised when we sat down. It is very close quarters… opted to move to the bar which was great! Food is overall good, but weren’t wowed. The garlic bread: good. The green goddess salad: good. Gnocchi: good. Steak: I enjoyed, my boyfriend didn’t love. We both agreed it could be seasoned a bit better and a hangar steak was an interesting choice for the cut. Server did order us a tiramisu on the house after we debated ordering (though decided against). Really appreciated this gesture! We were surprised and delighted when it arrived. Overall: good

Wonderful brunch! The host accommodated our group's different and changing needs, and our server was absolutely delightful and beyond helpful. Always a great time at Bar Dough!

Food was delicious, as always. Our server had RBF and didn’t come around very often. None of our plates were cleared until the end so it’s good we only had 3 people at the table for the extra dishes.
