Bar Dough is a neighborhood restaurant with a modern take on regional Italian cuisine, utilizing the rich agricultural bounty that Colorado has to offer. Acclaimed Chef Stefy DeVita's ever-evolving menu of seasonal dishes, handmade pasta, & wood fired pizza has drawn rave reviews locally and nationally. Our Italian-inspired cocktails, wine list, & non-alcoholic alternatives have been carefully curated to complement our culinary offerings. Bar Dough is a service included restaurant; a 20% service fee will be added to all final bills. 100% of the service fee is distributed to the staff in an equitable manner. ***Please note we reserve both low and high top seating, and do our best to accommodate seating requests whenever possible***

    Service was poor at best hard to get through the place. Waiter was rude condescending also rushed to get us out by picking up drinks. Just a very bad experience.

    The bread alone was fantastic. We loved the pasta and meatballs, your sauce is excellent. The steak was good, next time I would try your pizza and most likely stick to your pasta dishes! Would recommend to friends!

    5 Stars – Amazing Food, Great Vibes! Bar Dough is an absolute gem! The food was incredible—everything we ordered was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. The atmosphere was just as good as the food—the music selection was on point, creating a fun but relaxed vibe. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Plus, the crowd was great—just the right mix of people enjoying a good night out. Definitely a must-visit spot! Can’t wait to go back! And the Lemoncello Spritz with pear and cinnamon was so fresh paired with the pasta, while still warm and ju st perfection!!!<333

    We throughly enjoyed the Gnocchi, Cavatelli, and 3 Cheese Pizza. Would eat here every week if I lived in Denver. They also called me to let me know I forgot my wife's purse. Lovely establishment.

    Food was sub average - 20% included service charge was ridiculous- we sent the mushroom risotto back it was so bad and honestly best thing was the carrots and garlic bread. Never going back

    It may be trendy, but I think sitting at a table with another party is more crowded than fun. Tables are close and I felt I kept having to scoot my chair to accommodate the servers. It was a little louder than is comfortable. The food was above average but less than I would expect for the price. We had a hard time making vegetarian adjustments. Not a bad experience but not sure I’ll go back.

    The hostess was delightful and got us in immediately. The bartender however was not as friendly. The barback saw us sitting there trying to order and helped us before the bartender even noticed. The food was incredible, but pricey. Small space. Overall, an enjoyable experience though.

    I think I could live off the sour pistachio cocktail and white 4 cheese pizza. Just wow.
