Join us for an unforgettable evening with the exquisite wines of the Plumpjack Wine Group. This is an exclusive evening featuring wines from all four iconic wineries of this esteemed Napa Valley producer. The Plumpjack Collection of Wineries started in 1995 with the founding of Plumpjack Winery in Oakville. On the heels of its great success, the group expanded by adding Cade Estate in Howell Mountain in 2005 followed by Odette in Stag’s Leap in 2012. All three wineries garnered superlative reviews and an enthusiastic customer base for their organic wines. On April 1st, we are honored to host this rare event by pairing wines from all three wineries and an offering from their latest project, Adaptation Wines. This unprecedented evening will be hosted by Andrew Haugen, winemaker at both Odette and Adaptation. Five wines, from all 4 labels, including a side-by-side exploration of Cade and Odette will be paired with our culinary team’s creations. The evening will begin, as customary, with a Champagne reception accompanied by hors d’oeuvres. Make your reservations as early as possible as seating is limited.
