Was not a good experience, we ended up leaving early. We had reservations, booked months in advanced, there was a wait for our table, they sat us in a corner next to the bathrooms and service door. We were excited to eat at this restaurant, we brought our children and was looking forward to the magician.
However the reason we left was because our waiter treated us as if we were second best. He was very attentive to a table of 10 people, but it was as if we were not there. We asked for bottle water and sparkling water. Both came out warm and the glasses we were given had no ice. We asked for ice and we were brought one glass full of ice and were informed to poor the ice in each glass.
This restaurant is a premium and we do not mind paying a premium, however, we can’t justify paying a premium and only to be treated poorly.
We ordered adult beverages and appetizers. The adult drinks did not show up until after the appetizers were eaten, the children’s drinks did not show up at all, and the order was wrong. We had had enough, and asked for our check without ordering any entrees. The waiter was well aware we were not happy but did not seem to care. His focus was on the bigger table.
When the check arrived, it was wrong- we were charged for 2 Shirley temples that never arrived, they had to fix it two times, and then the waiter forgot to return our card. We felt unwanted and it was not a good experience. It was very unfortunate, because we came to this establishment 2 years ago with another family and we had a great experience. It seems the lack of attention to details and to the customer has really brought this restaurant down.
