   Had a reservation. Sat at the table at 7! However didn’t get my drink until hour later after being seated. Food was subpar. Not happy with this visit

   We are frequent customers of Benihana in Alpharetta, but today was probably one of the worst days ever. Our reservation was at 1:30 PM, but we didn’t get seated until just a little after 2:00 PM. The server was super slow even after we sat down. We didn’t literally start eating until 30 minutes later . You are becoming unreasonable for two people… our total was $130 .  My son-in-law Benihana , but I can’t keep coming here dealing with the prices and slow service. We need to hire some more people.

   Great server and chef! The server had several tables and did a good job checking on our table. The chef Jason was excellent! Great food and a good sense of humor!

   Ricardo is fabulous and always takes good care of its. He's like family to us, and he's the main reason we continue to come back. Overall, just a great guy!

   Front hostess crew needs some direction on being more hospital. Would it be too much to ask for just a tad bit of niceness? That’s all.

   I LOVE this place. I drove down from Greenville to get me some. Our Chef was great. His name started with a D. Sadly i do not remember but he was amazing. He entertained us for a good while. The food was great. I’m all smiles.

    We made a reservation for 7:30, but we were not seated until 8:10. It then took 15 minutes for our server to greet us. It was her first night. She was sweet and none of this experience was her fault. Then it took 20 mins for our adult beverages, and 30* minutes for our apps. The hibachi chef arrived 35+ mins after we were seated. They charge $6 for fried rice, and that’s after they charge $47 for steak & shrimp. Ridiculous. Ridiculous!!! Our server never came back to clear our app plates, salad bowl, soup bowls. And our waters and sodas were refilled 1x. We had to walk over to another table to get napkins, and we had to ask the manager to get Togo boxes. The temp was freezing cold even with the flattop heating. $300 for 4 people is an exorbitant cost for this horrible experience. We will not return. Not to mention, we paid $15 for a sushi app and they charged us $8.50 on top of that for the sushi kitchen. Talk about getting nickel and dimed. There were two managers, neither of which came by to check on anyone.
