We made a reservation for 7:30, but we were not seated until 8:10. It then took 15 minutes for our server to greet us. It was her first night. She was sweet and none of this experience was her fault. Then it took 20 mins for our adult beverages, and 30* minutes for our apps. The hibachi chef arrived 35+ mins after we were seated. They charge $6 for fried rice, and that’s after they charge $47 for steak & shrimp. Ridiculous. Ridiculous!!! Our server never came back to clear our app plates, salad bowl, soup bowls. And our waters and sodas were refilled 1x. We had to walk over to another table to get napkins, and we had to ask the manager to get Togo boxes. The temp was freezing cold even with the flattop heating.
$300 for 4 people is an exorbitant cost for this horrible experience. We will not return. Not to mention, we paid $15 for a sushi app and they charged us $8.50 on top of that for the sushi kitchen. Talk about getting nickel and dimed. There were two managers, neither of which came by to check on anyone.
