Welcome to Benihana, a dining experience unlike any other! Our guests are seated at communal tables in groups, where your personal chef will perform the ancient art of Teppanyaki.     Last two times we have been there was terrible service, not a good chef, food was not great. Disappointed to say the least! The restaurant is going down hill

    Our waiter was very unhelpful the first half of service. Didn’t pass out forks, left them on the side of the table for a customer to pass out. He forgot a drink and I had to ask a different waitress to bring it from the bar. Soup and salads came out at the same time which isn’t too much of an issue unless you’ve waited over 30 minutes for them. Our chef didn’t crack any jokes. When an egg cracked on the table in front of my husbands plate there was an apology from the chef but the table did not get wiped down. So there was raw egg juice just sitting in front of my husband. This was such a poor experience from both the waiter and the chef. Very disappointed when it was people first time at the table and they didn’t get the full Benihana experience

    We waited an hour or our reserved table. We were told they were running a few minutes behind when we got there and once 45 minutes had passed I went up to ask how much longer and they said soon. 15 minutes later we were seated. We waited another 15 before being greeted and another 15 before getting any drinks. Waited at least another 30 before the apps arrived and we didn’t complete our meal until almost 9:30. Our reservations were 3 hours before that. This is unacceptable and we will never be back. No manager came to our table to apologize or offer anything for the delay and super slow service. There are plenty of great places to eat for the cost and without the headache.

    Service was poor. Didn't get first course for just about an hour. Second course came after the chef came. Waiter had some orders wrong, chef Didn't make 2 rice orders initially had to get extra ingredients to make right later. One order was completely wrong and chef had to get more ingredients to get it right. What was supposed to be filet mignon turned out to be different cuts glued together. Needless to say it will be a long while before we go back.

    Over all it was good. The food is what I would expect at hibachi.

    Made reservation at 6:30, but wasn’t seated until almost 7pm. Also, if I hadnt reviewed my bill I would have been charged incorrectly. Charges for other people sitting at our table was on my bill.

    Our table wasn’t ready until an hour after our reservation, even though when we checked in on time we were told there was a 20 to 30 minute delay. Did not actually get a first bite of food served until two hours after our reservation. We were celebrating my child’s birthday, and they never even came to sing the song that we heard throughout the rest of the restaurant. Never going back.

    Long wait times even if you have a reservation. We had a reservation for 8:30, seated at 9pm, did not start food preparation until almost 10pm, out at 11pm. Room was filled with smoke (before cooking even started) and they had space heaters in the room because it was so cold.
