We had to wait 30 minutes for the chef to come to the grill/dining area. He was not as animated as the other chef’s in the dining area. My order of rice was not included in the order? I had to tell the chef that I was supposed to get fried rice also. The chef had to tell the kitchen to make more rice for me. We were excited to go to Benihana as we had a great experience in Orlando, FL. This was not the same experience. Very much a disappointment.

We had a reservation at 745. Seated at 815. Still no chef at the table at 915pm. Terrible. Left before we got food as it was an hour between order given and the time we departed. We saw 2 other tables get seated and have chefs arrive in a timely manner.

We were finally seated a half hour after our reserved time. It was very busy when we there. Chef came over and started cooking for table next to us that was seated after us. Waitress quickly remedied the matter. Paid $21 for a small side of wagyu fried rice. I’m sure it was regular beef, as it looked nothing like the wagyu beef that was one of the entrees ordered. Colossal shrimp was over cooked and tough. Chicken as well. I’ve had better hibachi chicken and steak at a mall food court. You pay for the show and name, but the food isn’t worth it. It was an expensive show. No alcoholic drinks…$72/person after tip. Waitress did a phenomenal job!

The meal was good as always but we were not seated until 40 minutes after the time of our reservation.

Israel was our chef and he was outstanding. Our food was great, especially his care to make gluten free food. He also entertained our granddaughter by putting on a great show.

Michelle is wonderful, never had to ask for refills, very attentive. Our chef was very entertaining and great personality.

Checked us in on opentsble even though we had to wait til 10pm to start dinner. Terrible service and awful front desk staff. Fraudulent activity. Sent us a chef that walked away after 10 min saying he was at the wrong table.

We waited over an hour past our reservation time. It wasn’t the staff’s fault, and when we finally got seated, our server did the best she could and was awesome. Same with the chef. It took 45 mins to finally get a chef, but he did an amazing job and still took the time to cook all the food to order. I hope they get compensated for being short handed and working on Christmas and also being extremely pleasant on top of that!

Had a reservation at 6:45 waited an hour people who had later reservations were seated before us. Sat at table for 45-1 hour before service, finished dinner at 10:45. Totally unacceptable, we were one of the last tables to leave not because we were enjoying our dinner it was be because we were waiting for our food.
