Perfect restaurant for all ages. Brought grandkids ages 3 and under and they were thoroughly entertained by the chef and enjoyed the food as much as the adults in our party. Happy New Year!

Family got scallops, beef, and a mixed seafood plate... All enjoyed... The salmon was just okay, 3 skinny asparagus were pretty woody, and the udon noodles were hella salty. Not impressed and expected better for the price.

Had a great time with Chef James … Food was good and he was accommodating to peoples wishes on food prep. Drinks took an extremely long time but that was on the bar not the chef. Ambience was typical Benihana, loud and bright.

Reservation at 1930. Did not seat til 2000. What do you expect it's the holidays and everyone is out. From the service to the cook were all professional and funny. Never one time we had to ask to refill our beverages as the waiter was on top of it. Good times!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We got to our reservation on time, but they said our table would’ve be ready for about 40 mins. We waited 45 mins and asked again. I went to ask the hosted if our table was ready- it was not and they didn’t know when it would be ready because they had FIVE parties to still sit. At that point, we decided to leave as we couldn’t wait for an unlimited amount of time. In addition, the lady hostess at the from was extremely RUDE. It was a waste of time!

The food was excellent. Service OK. Can’t wait for the new location to open on Sam Mateo. The Burlingame location needs a remodel and deep cleaning.

Our reservation was set for 6:30 PM on the evening of Christmas Day. Understandably, it was quite busy, but we weren’t seated til nearly an hour after our anticipated time slot. Overall, the food was delicious, though pricey, but we probably would’ve considered an alternative it it wasn’t such short notice. I think it’s fair to honor the schedule that’s been promised to guests.
