I celebrated Christmas with a friend and had the most amazing time as Betty prepared a delicious meal for us. The manager even came by and took some photos of us to memorialize the occasion. Christmas at this Benihana is now a second-year tradition for me as a Houston transplant. Thanks as always!

Our reservation was for 6 and we weren’t seated until 7. We had 3 grandchildren with us and that was late for them. I think an hour late is unacceptable. The food and service was good but the whole thing seemed rushed once we were seated. Benihana has been a Christmas Eve tradition for 30 years. This year the hour wait was disappointing.

No regular on drinks. Never got water asked for. Food was tasteless and did not get what was stated on menu. Very poor quality for price. Restaurant was dirty

Normally a very fun experience but the chef barely did any tricks. It was a mild and underwhelming moment.
