Made a reservation and we were sat within a few minutes of arrival (yay). Once we were sat, it took unusually long for our server to greet us and get the experience started. We waited 1.5 hours at the table until the hibachi chef made his way to our table. We had to go to the bar to get drinks because our server was not around… We got the feeling she was kind of avoiding us due to the long wait for a hibachi chef. The manager was visibly walking around, but never came over to our table to communicate/apologize for the long wait. They did take 20% off the bill so kudos to them for doing something. Will never go back!

Awesome dining treat for lunch. Greeted upon arrival snd seated after a brief wait. Braydon was our serve person snd was excellent. Personable and got all ou orders perfectly submitted. Promptly took drink orders..then food..kept things picked up and refilled. "Yankee" was our fab chef. He was great w interaction and showmanship. Few new surprise presentations at lunch and food cooked to perfection. He was fun and enjoyed his job. He was one if the best chef's ever. Another wonderful exp. At Benihanas. Thank you and we wish everyone Merry Christmas.

Having gone to Benihana for many years, our visits have declined in recent years due to poor service and intense cross-selling. Tonight was very different. The service was excellent, our chef was great, and the table was comfortable and over jammed with too many patrons. A very enjoyable experience.

Today was a great experience. Eileen was exceptional. Some of the best service I’ve had in a while. I come to this Benihana often.

Always good, though the rice served was hard. As well as server barely checked up on us. IMO the show could’ve been better. Pretty repetitive imo

Food was fine, and cook was very entertaining. The waiter however was not adequate and we had problems with the bill as a result. Items were added to our bill but then not served to us.

Our chef and server were great! Food was excellent! We had to wait a little longer than our reservation time to be seated, but overall it was an awesome dining experience!

Our server was really rude and not truthful about up charges. He was trying to be funny but honestly just was really unprofessional the whole time. I would never go back.
