Welcome to Benihana, a dining experience unlike any other! Our guests are seated at communal tables in groups, where your personal chef will perform the ancient art of Teppanyaki. Watch as we slice and dice, preparing a meal that will dazzle your eyes as well taste buds, whether you choose mouth-watering steak, tender chicken or succulent seafood. You can also enjoy sushi prepared by a talented sushi chef and indulge in a specialty cocktail.

    Food was pretty good, great chef , waiter was not bad at all. But trying to put 9 people at a table, knowing it’s suppose to be 8 persons, so I asked with my party of 7 to buy the seat out , manager said no problem , other two at the table didn’t mind moving which was cool, manager was respectful , but I paid for two seats meaning table of nine. I would like a meal credit sit nine people at one table when other tables were open. One credit Benihana , 8 people to a table not NINE. And then served a lime with a drink advertised as grapefruit on the side & my party of seven didn’t receive ice cream . Sheesh One credit 65$ to an eight hundred dollar bill. # Make it right.

    Was just ok. As with most organizations now, it's franchised and feels very corporate. Even though I wrote in my reservation notes we were celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday, zero acknowledgement was made and nothing special was offered whatsoever. How disappointing.

    Had a great time! Food was great! I couldn’t finish my entire selection but they kept us fed throughout!

    I feel like when you go there you're paying for an experience my experience was all right our person who was cooking the food seems like she was real shy and boring she didn't do all the tricks and stuff like I seen other people do and I ordered two separate meals so I should've got two servings of sides and I only got one and I just feel like I spent way too much money for the experience

    Wonderful service our waitress and chef were incredible! The chef put on a great performance and cooked everything perfectly. Would highly recommend and return here.

    While the food was amazing, service was very poor. We were halfway through our meals when we received our drinks and we had to ask for the white rice at the end of the meal for my husband- it was never brought out.

    The overall experience was not very good. We were delayed an additional 50 minutes past our reservation window when we were told the wait would only be an additional 15-20 minutes. The open table we sat at was served by a chef who gave off vibes that he didn't want to be there. It was incredibly lackluster with no emotion and going through the "motions". Incredibly disappointing considering the meal was $202 outside of the tip for only 3 people ( 2 who orded hibachi steak and one who ordered the roast cut). Will not be going back again.

    Had a reservation for 8 at 6:00 pm. After checking in, I was told my name would be called. At 6:45 pm, I checked to see how much longer it would be, and I was told my party was already seated. I was added to the end of the line and was told it would be a one-hour wait. After talking to the manager, she was able to add me to the front of the list. We could not figure out how the system showed I was already seated, but she was able to fix the problem. The food and service were great. The chef was very skilled and entertaining. It is a very family-friendly place.

    Our chef was not good! The chef rushed cooking and forgot to make the shrimp appetizer, so when repeatedly asked about it the waiter brought it out at the end of the meal. Our chef rushed this also and made it without seasoning it, and did not butterfly them, and burnt them, our sons steak was cut into tiny pieces that looked like minced meat for fried rice. The chef may have forgot a chicken breast because 2 of the people in our party split a breast with another person at our table, so they received 4-5 pieces of chicken. When they automatically put a “service charge” on the bill which is frustrating because the service from the chef was under rated and not worth the “$50 service charge” or automatic tip you expect good service all the way around. We have been a loyal customer for many years and are aware of the cooking process the chefs do. This experience was disappointing.
