    Soup and salad arrived before drinks (water). The food was mediocre. Would not recommend for the price. Skip the commercialized places and got to small mom and pop style places for an authentic experience.

    It was my daughter's 11th birthday and they hyped it up so much that 4 tables sang happy birthday with us! So lively and fun! We had great conversations with our table mates too!

    The music was very very loud and there was no way to turn it off even though there were only a few people in the restaurant. The staff was nice and helpful but our lunch was 2 plus hours long. We were in a very drafty table and it was very cold. Food was ok but it was very expensive for what we were served.

    We were so excited to introduce our kids to the fun and excitement of Benihana. What a disappointment. Chef barely engaged with us and service was very slow (did not receive water refill until after meal was over, multiple empty glasses waiting to be cleared). We won’t be returning.

    Meal and chef were great. But when we received the check it was altogether. We were two parties/two families and needed the check split. They balked at us for asking, and flat out refused to do it. So we paid 2 cc’s right down the middle. We’re not able to split by meal. I have never encountered this!!! Especially at a meal like this where more often than not there’s multiple parties at one seating.

    Drink service was very slow and worst of all, it was my birthday… a big one… Made sure they knew it and not so much as a single mention. Only celeriac was having that day and not a single mention. Disappointing.
