Had to wait almost an hour to be seated after reservation time. Drink and food service was very slow. Overall took over 3 hours from reservation time to leave. That is too long for a party of 2 in my opinion

Very poor maintenance, super dirty and old tables, old food stuck on corners of the table, grill was dirty when chef start cooking, I will do my best not to go back to this Benihanas

The waiter had his finger in my rice I had to scoop out half my rice where he had his whole thumb on it ! when he served it and he also had his finger in my salad touching the lettuces. Twice in a row I've been there and while it been mostly ok the service has been very upsetting I'm never going back! This place is just going down hill!

Our server and chef were absolutely amazing! They made our celebration very special! And as always, the food was delicious!

Always a great experience at the Ontario location. Adil (I think that’s his name) our chef was FANTASTIC and our waiter was great and very attentive.

Very unorganized even though I had reservations, I still waited 45 minutes to be seated so I ended up leaving
