We visit at least once a year. We have had really great service and great food, but both were off last night. Please don’t let this be a sign of things to come.

I do not recommend this location, worst experience ever. The hostess was too busy scrolling on her phone to say hello. She was unfriendly and seemed as though she didn’t want to be there. Our waitress was the same way- she wasn’t attentive or friend. The food was just fine and there was no level of entertainment. It is a birthday tradition to go, and our waitress sang without the birthday girl even being at the table because she just wanted to get it over with. And when taking the traditional photo, didn’t even bother to see that she cut out one of our family members. When speaking with the manager, he was not receptive and told me I could speak to the General Manager. The general manager made excuses for the experience and was worse than the manager. There is no excuse for not taking the time to slow down, especially when we got to the restaurant there was only one other table. Go elsewhere

Our reservation was at 7:30 but we weren’t seated until 8, and not served till almost 8:40. My kids ended up getting too tired and leaving before we finished all of our meals. Missed the dessert course completely

Our server and chef was amazing. Very entertaining and sat us relatively quickly.

Our bartender/server, Juan, was very personable and attentive. The $39 meal deal was great! Food was a little saltier than usual but we enjoyed our meal.

We visited Benihana’s with our 2 toddlers and parents. It was a nice experience. Our server was Linda and she took care of us well. Our cook was not as energetic as the others. He was really quiet and didn’t do that many tricks. Food was good. Overall it was a nice dinner.

The experience was unorganized. The chef took one hour 10 minutes to be able to get to our table. It was in two entirely too long.

Service is incredibly slow. Chef James was wonderful but they were short staffed and took two hours to get Hibachi going.

Our chef was fabulous, however, the restaurant staff is disorganized, rice was hard and over-cooked. waited one hour before chef arrived at table.
