We lucked out and enjoyed Justin as our chef. We was incredibly engaged, funny and had some OMG tricks. I've enjoyed a dozen plus Benihana locations and he was the nest chef I've ever seen there. That being said, the room temperature was literally 62 degrees on the thermometer in the room. I know it is Disney, but there was what appeared to be a large kids party and many of them were out of control, all over the place being way too loud. I'd go back for Justin in a heartbeat though.

first time, when I arrived with my family we were automatically seating in the chef table, the greeter told us, becareful with the grill is too hot, I have 2 kids under 3 didn't feel safe, so I ask to be moved to a regular table, I had to ask for the full menu, no pictures, I looked online and the menu was very dificult to understand, the food and server was ok, I am a concierge and I went there for the expirience and to recomend my costumers, this establishmenta needs a lot inprove in all areas

Our server was fantastic, kept things rolling for us, our chef was a blast. Excellent with the kitchen utilities and sooooo entertaining for us and the family that was sitting with us at our table. Food was cooked to perfection. Love it, 1st time to Benihanas and I am already looking forward to going back to one of their dining locations sometime soon.

Ich war jetzt zehn Tage im Hilton Hotel. Ich besuche Benihana in ganz USA oft. Aber der Service speziell die Angestellten am Empfang sind unterirdisch. Man hat einen Termin und wartet dann dennoch 30-50 Minuten auf einen Tisch. Sie sind sehr schlecht organisiert sind sehr unfreundlich und erklären Ihnen 50 Minuten lang, dass ihr Tisch gerade gereinigt wird. Der Manager läuft rum und spricht 0,0 mit Kunden. Ich werde weiterhin diese Restaurantkette besuchen, weil das Essen einfach gut ist und unsere Chefs waren alles super und super nett aber der Empfang geht überhaupt nicht..
