    dirty, unhealthy, noisy, cramped and crowded environment. In fact, I booked a time and had to, amazingly, WAIT 1 HOUR

    They don’t keep reservation times. It may get you in sooner but you’re still gonna wait. We waited atleast an hour past res time

    I was very pleased that they were able to accommodate dietary restrictions right at the hibachi table (gluten free and allium). Other places prepare it in the back . It made the experience enjoyable and shareable with the rest of the party.

    Ambiance:The restaurant was observed to be quite busy during our visit. Despite having made a reservation, we experienced a brief wait of approximately 5-10 minutes before being seated. Service: While there was a slight delay in the arrival of the Tepanyaki chef, the service provided thereafter was commendable. Food:The Tepanyaki cooking performance was highly impressive and entertaining. The quality and taste of the food prepared were exceptional. Overall:The dining experience at was largely positive, albeit with a minor service delay. The culinary presentation and the quality of the food were the highlights of the visit.

    We made a reservation for 5:00 . We arrived and the table was not ready and we had to wait almost one hour. We were originally seated at a table that was not large enough for our group. They moved us to a different table . It took 50 minutes for us to be served. I was very upset as we had three small children with us and I had made this reservation over 3 months earlier. We spoke with the manager and they were not very helpful. If we had been a walk in I could understand this mix up but we had pre planned everything to make the experience smooth and it was not smooth at all. By the time we were served it was too late for the children ( and adults) making the experience not as enjoyable as it should have been.

    No nos respetaron la hora de la reservación, llegamos 10 min antes de la hora de la reservación, nos tuvieron esperando 1 hora más en el restaurante.

    We waited over 45 minutes after our reservation time to get seated. If you go there be prepared to wait as they are always behind and your reservation really doesn’t help much. This is the second time for us to have that experience. We will pass next year and go somewhere else. It’s just so convenient to the Blue Green resort.

    Showed up for 630 reservation and were told it would be an additional 45 min wait. Couldn’t get a clean wine glass even after asking for a replacement.
