   Waitress was arguing with us from the very beginning telling me that the kids menu is only in her birthday and the special was only at the sushi bar Drinks were all empty including water and was very determined to embarrass me on our special night that we’ve been planning for a couple months. The chef was outstanding. Thank you. He saved the night but I hope they fire her and the manager for letting her treat us like that. The other family at the table agreed when we were on our way out. Never again will I recommend this place

   Our Teppanyaki Chef, Manny, was the best ever! Our server, Doreena, was also excellent and very attentive. We enjoyed the food - all cooked perfectly by Manny. We dined weekday early evening, so it was not too noisy or overcrowded. We will be returning.

   The worse experience we have had. Had reservations at 8:45 didn’t get seated until 9:40. Didn’t take our order until after 10 which they close at 10. Didn’t leave until 11:45. Worse 3 hours of a dining experience!! Why even have reservations it was a joke all the way around! Bathroom was gross, inside dirty and gross and way overpriced.

   We sat at the high tops and had amazing service. However the quality of the food was awful. The food had zero taste and especially the noodles (which you have to pay extra for) were basically white to give a visual. Tasted just like plain cooked spaghetti noodles. Completely overpriced with no “show”. If the food tasted the same as if sitting at the tables this wouldn’t be a low rating!

   Food was ridiculously salty and took forever to finish cooking the proteins that we were ready to go by the time he was done with the chicken and took it to go :(

   We had an incredible dining experience thanks to Chef Le-Truong (Li-N) and our server, Nicole! Chef Li-N was not only talented but also warm, funny, and engaging, making the meal even more enjoyable. He absolutely nailed the temperature on my son’s Wagyu steak, and our filet mignons were cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and exactly as ordered. Nicole provided good service, making sure we had what we needed and kept up with our drinks. If you’re looking for great food and a chef who truly knows his craft, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

   I arrived 15 minutes before my reservation and still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. We ordered a five-course meal that included rice, but the chef prioritized another group, giving them full attention and serving their rice first. When it was our turn, he started serving meat and seafood, but no rice was provided. We waited about 15 minutes, expecting the rice to arrive so we could enjoy our meal properly. Instead, we suddenly noticed the chef cleaning the grill. When we asked about the rice, he casually said, “Oh yeah, I forgot,” and disappeared into the kitchen. Meanwhile, we sat with full plates of untouched food. To make things worse, a waiter came with the bill while we were still waiting for our rice. When we pointed this out, he hurried to the kitchen and returned with four portions of rice in to-go boxes. At that point, we felt like we were being served at a shelter rather than a fine dining restaurant. Despite explaining that we hadn’t even started eating, the staff seemed indifferent, simply handing us takeout boxes and dismissing our concerns. In the end, we paid $324 for a completely ruined dining experience. My kids even said they would have enjoyed McDonald’s more. Benihana has always been our go-to for family outings, and we’ve never had an issue before. However, this particular branch needs serious management attention. A night that was supposed to be special turned into a frustrating disappointment.

    Arrived at 8:30 for a reservation… finally seated at 8:59. Immediately placed food and drink orders. Chef finally came to table at 9:30 and the dinner service was so incredibly slow… we finally had all of our food and was checking out at 11:15… I never in my wildest dreams expected a 3 hour dinner that late with a 6 year old in our party… to top it all off, the ceiling was raining inside while it was dry as could be outside
