Welcome to Benihana, a dining experience unlike any other! Our guests are seated at communal tables in groups, where your personal chef will perform the ancient art of Teppanyaki.     Chong, our hostess, was polite and personable. Our chef, Alex, was amazing with his precision, accuracy of the orders, and the food was cooked to perfection. We didn’t have to wait for our soup or salad. Our waiter, I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, was absolutely on point with his great timing and gave us everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable dinner. The other people with whom we sat were also very nice and also celebrating a birthday.

    Friendly staff. Moderate wait between seating and food prep. Food was fantastic and the chef made it fun for the kids.

    Every visit prices are higher and portions are smaller. The soup was very watery with no flavor and practically lukewarm. Every time you go for lunch they hand you a dinner menu and act like there is no lunch menu. I have be patronizing benihana and prior samurai for 43 years and have watched portions smaller and prices higher the whole duration. I have ordered off the dinner menu and the portions were like lunch menu. Filling out survey is a waste of my time as there is never a response to patrons concerns.

    We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. Which wasn’t terrible. But then the chef didn’t come to our table for another hour and a half after we were seated.

    Absolutely the worst experience ever and my wife and I have been going to that location for 20 years or so. Reservation for 6 people (birthday party) at 7:00 and as of 10:00 we still had no chef!!! Then the best part is we were drinking and spending money and one person in our group said something out loud and the waiter (Timmy) kicked us out and said never ro come back. We were also disappointed because we were starving and looking forward to Benihana food and that experience made us never wanna go back ever again

    We waited over 2 hours from our reservation time for a chef to come to our table.

    We went on valentin Day and expected it to be busy. Reservations was for 10pm. We didn’t get seated until about 10:30pm. Our waitress along with many others express it was their first day. Our waitress was missing half the night. Our chef didn’t start preparing our food until about 11:30pm. It ended up being a 3.5 hour visit. I think they may have over booked. The food was amazing and our chef was funny. He earned his tip. I would go back because of them two things.
