    We reserved ahead of time at 7pm for my husband’s birthday after we got off work. We arrived 10 minutes early. They seated us on time but said other people cancelled so we’d be the only two at our hibachi table. We were served promptly our drinks, soup and salad. Then as we were about to get ready for our hibachi experience the other people arrived late. They made us sit there and wait and didn’t get our hibachi experience until 50 minutes after we were seated which then delayed our entire special evening.

    We generally have great experiences with Benihana. This year for New Years Eve we made an 8:30 pm reservation. My group waited 45 minutes to be seated and an additional 55 minutes before the cook came to the table. I know it was New Years Eve. However, I had to reply to 2 text messages and 2 emails confirming the time that I reserved. Maybe a courtesy text to tell us they are running behind. Don't slot the tables for only an hour, that is not enough time to get through the entire dining experience.

    Very cold inside. Food was average. Paying for a show. Was way overpriced for the value.

    Went to Benihana for the first time tonight. We were not impressed. We thought it was extremely overpriced and have had much better hibachi meals that were a much better value. Sorry it was a one and done for us.

    TERRIBLE!! Although it was Christmas, I understand it was going to be busy.. however, our waiter was rude. I understand the frustration but the service was just terrible. Food had no seasoning to it. The chef almost cut his hand trying to do tricks.. it was also very loud. Dishes being thrown and dropped. Overall, terrible experience.

    Restaurant lost power and were behind in seating us for our reservation. Which was understandable. But then they mistakenly cancelled our reservation while we were waiting so our seating was really late.
