    Checked in close to 6:05pm. Was told there would be a 10-15 min wait cause they were backed up which I understand. Was seated at 639pm didn’t get food until 737pm. Our server at first was ok but wow how things turn for the worst experience EVER at Benihanas. Wow our server was not on it at all from taking the wrong order, not coming to see if we needed more drinks , I had to remove our empty used plates like our soup, salad bowls and appetizer plate off our table luckily there was a tray for me to put them on. But hey that’s what I come to a nice restaurant to move empty dishes. He’s responds to one of the guest at the table was rude the customer asked for hot sauce and he responded like he was being rushed and bothers telling him to hold on he’s doing something and at the end he never brought it, the guest had to ask someone else, the my wife ask for our kids order of white rice and if we can have refills and there he goes with that same response. Now for our chef he was decent at lowest, we all noticed other tables chefs got to the tables first and he arrived last while we where the first ones to be seated not waiting for any other guest to sit at out table. He rushed all the food our fried rice was not fully cooked the Benihana way didn’t have the amazing flavor that we always get and I though it was me but my daughter and wife mentioned and also the guest at our table was really surprised cause he even asked the chef to cook the rice more cause he noticed he was rushing. This was after the chef was gone. Also the chef mentioned that our sever make a lot of mistakes do to him placing the wrong order for my daughter putting steak and shrimp instead of steak and chicken, so there we go waiting on chicken from another chef which I get it it was a mistake. When we ask for refills and the server still didn’t have our kids rice that’s when I had enough in went over to the front desk and spoke to a manager telling him our experience at the table. He did credit 49.

    Service is going down hill, the lady that served us were giving attitude. We asked for kids water she replied kids water is only for kids and end up never bring us the water either.

    Overall, the experience was positive, but the parking situation was a significant issue. Visitors from Frank & Sons occupied all the Benihana parking stalls, forcing guests to park in a nearby shopping center with a strict 1-hour parking limit. This created a risk of our vehicle being towed. Despite me spending $327 at Benihana, we had to park a mile away. Additionally, the security guard does not enforce proper parking restrictions, allowing non-Benihana patrons to use the designated spaces. Management should address this parking issue to improve the overall experience.

    The food was good but the inside is not the cleanest looking.

    We arrived at the restaurant and we were told that they were behind 45 minutes to an hour. We went to the bar and it was completely packed. We waited an hour went back to the counter and they said it would be another half an hour before we got seated. We continue to wait sat down and our chef did a horrible job. The food was overcooked. We definitely will not be going to this location for a while. We brought with us several people a total of seven. We spent over $1000. It was definitely was not worth it.
