    This was the worse experience I've had at a Benihana's! We were there like 10 minutes before, checked in once the entire party was there. I went to the desk at like 6:23pm to say we were there. We waited outside and groups of people who got there after us were getting seated. I had to go back in and ask how much longer, the hostess said we were next. At 6:40pm we are seated and no sign of the waitress until almost 7pm. She finally comes to tell us that she had to sing happy birthday to a 4 year old and told us that when she comes back in 4 minutes to have both our drink and food orders ready because she was going to take both. Almost 15 minutes later she finally comes back takes the orders. Another 20 minutes later we finally get water, 5-10 minutes later my brother finally gets his beer only for it to be lukewarm as if it was sitting for awhile. I was still waiting on my beer and after and going on almost an half hour since ordering. I finally flagged down a manager who said the bar is backed up yet other tables were getting service no problem. We still gave a good tip because that's the kind of people we are but definitely she didn't deserve it. The chef himself was great and interacted so that helped change the dynamic.

    I had a reservation for 5:30 my whole party was there. Hostess states give me a minute, 15 min later she says table not ready. Another 15 min go by I go to front desk to b told we thought we seated you! No apologies from anyone, unacceptable. We sit down at end of busy walkway (celebrating 21st b-day) very busy in that area but I said nothing after waiting 30-35 min b seated. Waitress took order/drinks didn’t see her again until meal was almost over. Everyone out of water etc and she only came after I complained. All together very bad service been there many times no service like this!

    It was my daughters 18th birthday. So we wanted to take her somewhere special. Benihana has wonderful food, service, and entertainment. I would recommend Benihana to anyone. We had a blast!

    Made a reservation on a Tuesday night for my son's 7th birthday. Waited an hour past our reservation time to get seated. After an hour and 15 minutes we finally got drinks. We sat at the table for 2 hours past our reservation time before finally leaving. Complained multiple times to the manager who did give us some rice and rolls while we waited. After 2 hours and being assured we were next multiple times, we still never got a chef. After 2 hours and 15 minutes we left without dinner. Our kids were asleep at the table. They seemed unconcerned that we were trying to celebrate my son's birthday. Probably the worst dining experience I have ever had.

    Had a wonderful experience at Benihana today. We had a member of our party running late and they were able to accommodate us with a later reservation. All of the hosts were so nice and friendly. To top the experience off we had by far the best chef I have ever had. And I have been going to Benihana for 35 years. His name was Luis and made my birthday dinner so memorable.

    We had a 7:30 reservation and didn’t get to our table until almost 9pm. We didn’t get water for another 15/20 minutes.

    Wonderful!! We always hope to get Jessica to attend to us and so far we have been very lucky. She always make sure we are happy with everything. Our food was delicious!!! Will continue to eat at Benihana.
