    We had reservations for 6 and upon arrival we were seated. The parking wasn't easy because the lot was full, but eventually someone left. More parking is needed. Our Server Vanessa was very pleasant and all orders accurate. Service was a little slow getting the first round of drinks and waiting for the chef due to a packed house, but we still enjoyed our time. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The filet mignon was very tender. Our table had a nice mix of steak, chicken and seafood. Everyone was happy and full in the end.

    Our initial greeting was not very receptive, and the hostess was not understanding of a family dining with a handicapped person. She was quite rude to all involved. It kind of got our whole experience off to the wrong start! We then sat for an extended period of time waiting for various things. Our chef was great, and the food was very good.

    Very crowded, hot and too many people seated at the table. Food was good but it was better the previous visit. Gyoza were under cooked in the middle and burnt on the outside. Tasted raw and burnt at the same time. 😕 It was NYE so maybe to be expected.

    We have been to many different hibachi restaurants but had not been to Benihana for about 20 years. So we decided to give our kids the Benihana experience. Sadly it wasn’t as much of an experience as our other places. It was just the onion fire and then quickly cook dinner. It was New Years Eve but we saw the tables next to us have the full show. As for the food it was ok but not as flavorful as our other hibachi experiences, even my mother who prefers bland food found it basically unseasoned. Instead of a large portion of vegetables it was just about one long slice of zucchini each chopped up and par cooked and under seasoned. The meat was smaller portions that we were used to also. After my family mentioned the under seasoning I realized I did not see the cook use soy a sauce and other seasoning like I recalled at other places. The high point was our server. She was friendly and had a good personality. I think we will stick to our local hibachi places for such expensive meals to make sure we enjoy every bite.

    Everything was as advertised for a Benihana. We had a 7pm reservation and were seated at 7:45pm. The chef was skilled, but appeared disinterested. As a diner, I was super crowded from dishes on the table to getting bumped constantly as staff worked other tables. I really do believe that everyone was trying their best, and have a lot of empathy for the working conditions…it’s hard on a team when it’s a hour off the pace and so crowded.
