- 外燴Our menus focus on the best of British Seafood, but there's always something for everyone. From some of our classic oysters and seafood platters, to Beef Wellington, fresh homemade truffle pasta and more, discover a menu for every palate and budget.

The Swallow Den up to 24, The Swallow Library up to 16, both together up to 60 or 100 standing. There are no room hire fees, just a minimum food and drink spend.

Kick off with our classic Cornish Crab Soup One of Chef Corrigan’s signatures - this has been a star of our starters for a long time. Comforting Cornish Crab, delicious fresh mussels, coconut milk and lime - a perfect winter warmer. Next up, what could be more Bentley's? A stunning piece of Smoked Haddock, served over deliciously comforting Spiced Brown Crab Rice and a perfectly poached Burford Brown Egg. End proceedings with the ultimate classic - Sticky Toffee Pudding! A classic for a reason. Our Sticky Toffee Pudding is simple, yet decadent.
