    Having grown up in Williamsburg I'm very familiar with Barret's, we brought my Dad for a late "Thanksgiving" meal. My partner and Dad both had the grouper/seafood meal and I ordered the Ribeye. My steak was unfortunately overcooked. After telling our server she apologetically returned it to the kitchen and I ended up ordering the pork belly and scallops starter which was delicious. At the end of our meal we were pleasantly surprised that both had been taken off our bill, which I can say we didn't request or expect at all. This is what a great restaurant does and why we will continue to frequent Berrets in Williamsburg. I want to thank the server Shane and the manager for making this a special meal with my Dad. You all are top notch!

    Took advantage of the $1 oysters, and they were terrific. Our server, Amy, was fantastic. Knowledgeable about the menu, timely with refills, friendly and professional. Entrees were beautifully plated, piping hot, and the seafood fresh and perfectly cooked. Berret’s is a place we love to frequent when in town.

    Oysters great as always. Order one course at a time or your app will be sitting next to your entree. Beer not very cold, glasses not chilled. Not like it used to be…. Leave it for the tourists!

    Christian is a phenomenal server and human! The food was exceptional; the atmosphere was laid back and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

    We love Berret’s! Always delicious, high quality food & service. Thanksgiving was no different. We had seafood & steak, didn’t try the turkey. Next time….

    We visited here because of the exceptional reviews. Absolutely delicious! The staff were so kind and helpful. One staff member to told me that they refer to their guests as friends. Well, we just met our new bestie. Y’all! So amazing! I had the seafood in parchment and my husband had the steak. Chef’s kiss!!!

    Very delicious seafood for a reasonable price. Server Christian was wonderful and supportive to accommodate my daughter’s food allergy.
