We arrived early and seated no problem, which we were grateful for. Whilst the wait staff service was great, it was difficult to get servers attention; as we were at a corner table. Also, when payment was taken (assume this was the maitre’d as he had a suit on) didn’t even acknowledge us, assume because they were busy, but still left a bitter sweet taste in your mouth after paying

We called to say that we were running late and starting from that interaction until the end of our lunch, everything and everyone was superb! Our waiter, Fabio was friendly, attentative and provided excellnt customer service. The food was great as always.

It was a very bad service. When they seat you they are eager to take your order and afterwords you can not get hold of any waiter they forget about you. When waiters are passing you look and call out for them they don’t pay attention. They forget about our sides then brought it half way of our dinner when we had to remind them. They charged us for extra for the side we have not ordered but straight away refunded it back. Over all if you want a good service and a decent food I would not recommend this place. It is not worth what you pay for. There is other restaurants in Canary Wharf that you pay same amount or less and get better service.

I had only ever been there with work in the evening so was apprehensive about going there on a Sunday afternoon with my 3 small children (7,3 and 1). I needn’t have worried. The kids meals were delicious, my kids ate them all up and were thrilled with the milkshakes too. The service was great and the waiter and the servers were attentive and couldn’t do enough to help. The atmosphere was nice, I was expecting it to be empty but it was buzzy. However our meals arrived quickly which is essential with hungry little ones. Big shout out to our waiter Rasul who made it a great experience. The only let down was the adult food which was a bit sloppy. In the past when I’ve eaten there in the evenings the food has been great so perhaps this was a one off.

Really good night exactly what I expected the evening to be.. very welcoming, seated straight away, plenty of staff on hand, food and drinks came in good timing and hard a lovely night with my girls.. loud and fun.
