$400 minimum per table boat parade experience. The festive season is here, and the Newport Beach Boat Parade is just around the corner! To celebrate, we are offering a special menu featuring Pupu Platters, Seafood Towers, and other favorite appetizers. Our entrée options include Salmon, Filet Mignon, Macadamia-Crusted Halibut, Swordfish, Huli Huli Chicken, Balboa Salad, Seabass, Shrimp Pasta, and a show-stopping Tomahawk Ribeye. For dessert, indulge in decadent Molten Lava Cake, authentic Hawaiian Malasadas, and zesty Key Lime Pie. Adding to the holiday cheer, Christmas Carolers will serenade you with classic carols as they visit each table. Seating starting at 7:00 pm.

We went for the Christmas Boat Parade and Billy's did not disappoint! Nikki P was our waitress and she was great!! We had so much fun and they really do cater to that event. Highly recommend this restaurant. The manager even kept the people outside form blocking our view of the parade. Loved it!

Great experience....Huli huli chicken was tasty, pork chop was a favorite and halibut was great! We loved the guacamole, tempura beans and the Hawaiian cheese bread. Drinks were very good even though pricey. The desserts of lava cake and donut holes were a little disappointing .... both were dryer than we remembered from our previous experience. Sam, our waiter, was great... very personable and on top of things. Ambience is fun and view is nice. All in all, the 4 of us had a great meal and experience!

When we arrived to the restaurant the waitress started to help us but then took a call before she showed us to our table. And it was a looong call. We just stood there and waited for our table in over 10 minutes before someone else helped us. And that was after another guest complaint! Phu, worst service.

Of course the Mat Tai is a must. The filet and lobster combo was excellent and will definitely be a repeat! And let’s not forget their famous cheese bread… Unfortunately I requested a booth, which was reserved for us, but a group of guys in front of our table were extremely loud. We moved to a nice window table for two, but always prefer a booth.
